Contreras

As a partner and the Executive Pastry Chef, Juan Contreras oversees the pastry program across all Crenn brand initiatives. He has worked with Dominique for 18 years, is a co-founder of Atelier Crenn and has been responsible for one third of its menu since inception. Chef Juan has pioneered an original dessert form - light, minimally sweet, and dairy-free - offering a beautiful denouement to Chef Crenn’s savory menu.
